Our cuisine is modern Australian. In Brisbane, we are blessed as any country or region in the world with the very best variety and quality of foods. Australian chefs are world-renowned for combining the wonderful flavours of other cultures with the freshness of Australian produce. Benny Loh is a master in food design and takes full advantage of living and working in Brisbane.
We are fully licensed with an extensive wine list of plenty varieties and vintages to choose from. A frog symbolises a healthy environment and in feng shui, blue represents wealth and prosperity. A modern interpretation of blue is tranquility and calm; blue promotes relaxation.
We think a great life is all to do with health, wealth and happiness and we are keen to reflect and promote these concepts through the way we conduct business in the Blue Frog.
